Procedures
I provide both individual and group coaching sessions. Individual sessions are conducted three times per month by telephone and are usually 45 minutes long. The sessions focus on the client's specific goals, issues, and business needs. I ask my individual clients to prepare a 'Weekly Prep Form' covering Wins, Challenges, and Things to Strategize On; this document organizes the session. Clients may also call me between sessions for advice or to discuss a challenge.
Group sessions, with up to six clients, are conducted by conference call and may follow one of two formats: Topic Based or Open Forum. Topic Based sessions explore a set topic and apply the topic to each clients' business. In Open Forums, we discuss a business issue affecting each client; the other clients benefit from listening to the coaching on each issue.
I ask my new clients to sign a contract that covers fees and procedures. Because I believe so strongly in the importance of a great fit between coach and client, my contract contains a refund clause; if after one month a new client does not feel that the coaching has met expectations, I refund the coaching fees paid.
